Best Effort Support means that our team will make every reasonable attempt to resolve any issue you encounter with your server, software, or hardware—even if it falls outside the scope of our standard managed support.

We want you to feel confident that you can come to us with any question or problem.

Important:
Best Effort Support is not covered under the same Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as our fully managed services, and there is no guarantee of resolution or ongoing support for these issues. Due to this, Best Effort cases may require more time to address.

What Does Best Effort Cover?

Since our managed services vary, the scope of Best Effort Support can differ depending on your service level. However, we will always clearly communicate what qualifies as Best Effort support throughout the process, so you’ll never be uncertain about whether an issue is covered.

Our dedicated Bytesis Ltd support team is happy to provide Best Effort assistance for software, hardware, and server-related issues. Please note that Best Effort Support does not include content management, website coding, or design tasks.

In some cases, we may refer you to specialized resources such as plugin developers, designers, or software authors who are better suited to resolve your particular issue.
